Orders & payment
How do I place an order?
Choose your size, tap Add to cart and complete checkout. You can also order on WhatsApp at +92 331 3074731 and we’ll set it up for you.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All available payment options are shown at checkout, including cash on delivery where available.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll update or cancel it for you.
How do I track my order?
Sign in and go to My orders to see your order status. We also share tracking details once your parcel is dispatched.
Shipping & delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Pakistan.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within [3–5] working days after dispatch. Remote areas can take a little longer.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on orders over PKR 10,000. For smaller orders, the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags. Read the full returns policy.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need, and we’ll arrange the exchange.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and check your return, refunds are processed within [5–7] working days.
Sizing & care
How do your sizes fit?
Most of our hoodies and puffers have a relaxed, oversized fit. If you prefer a closer fit, size down. Check the size guide for exact measurements.
How should I wash my hoodie?
Wash cold and inside out, and don’t iron directly on prints. Air dry to keep the fleece soft and the print sharp.
How do I care for a puffer jacket?
Spot clean when you can. If needed, hand wash or use a gentle cold cycle, then dry flat and shake it out to restore the loft.
