Where we deliver
We deliver to cities and towns across Pakistan. If your address is in a remote area, delivery may take a little longer and our courier partner may contact you before arrival.
Shipping charges
- Orders over PKR 10,000: free shipping.
- Orders under PKR 10,000: a flat delivery charge of PKR [250], shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are packed and dispatched within [1–2] working days. Delivery usually takes [3–5] working days after dispatch. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.
During sales and launches, dispatch can take an extra day or two. We’ll keep you updated.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll share your tracking details. You can also check your order status anytime in My orders.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available at checkout. Please keep the exact amount ready and make sure someone is available to receive the parcel.
Delivery issues
If your parcel is late, damaged or something is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll sort it out quickly.
